My Story so far:
This site is for Low Carbohydrate eaters and the different variants of it - LCHF (Low Carb High Fat) and Ketosis, for those who are just beginning this woe (way of eating), who wish to learn more about it (myself included) lol and for those who are yet to decide whether to try this woe (way of eating).
I began eating Low Carb High Fat on the 27th March 2014 weighing 67.9 kilos and in 4 1/2 weeks have lost 4 1/2 kilos, with little to no exercise or obsessive calorie counting. In the old stone and pound measurements I was nearly 11 stone and as of yesterday - am now weighing 10 stone.

The photo below was what shocked me into becoming determined to lose my excess weight. I looked and felt like a blubbery seal.

Remember I only got 2 days worth of walking done during this time of 'fat loss/weight loss, Proving this woe (way of eating) works.
My tummy area has become flatter and I look slimmer, feel great, I gone from a size 14 jeans to size 12 (these now getting loose) and enjoy learning all about this new way of eating, seeing results and creating in the kitchen.
I am still learning and have made a few mistakes and no doubt will always be learning and making a few mistakes (there are many people who loose greater amounts of weight in shorter periods of time).
However, the results I am experiencing so far has encouraged me to adopt this way of eating for the long haul, it is both delicious and once organised, relatively simple.
30th June 2014:
Earlier on (1 - 2 weeks ago, shall put the exact date up when I find it in my notes, lol) I fitted into first a size 11 pair of jeans and then shortly after that an even smaller size 11 jeans, Yey! Photo coming soon! :)
